Service Description
Build strength, flexibility, and learn different ways to climb the pole. You will get a full-body workout while improving your pole technique, flexibility, and endurance. Learn new pole tricks to advance the quality of future pole performances and injury prevention. Requirements for Class: Must have 2 months of consistent pole experience, be comfortable with climbing the pole, and have the ability to invert from the floor. Heels are not required
