Service Description

This class will incorporate beginner pole spins, floorwork, and choreography. Learn expressive and contemporary techniques that will improve freestyle dance technique and flow. Be prepared for a variety of song selections. Requirements for Class: Knee Pads, leg warmers, and heels are required. Sexy attire always welcome. Heels are optional, have some experience with climbing the pole, have shoulder rolls forward and backwards, and have 2 months of consistent pole experience.
