Introduction to pole; you may learn different spin combos, how to climb, pole sits, and a variety of floorwork sequences. Choreography will be provided to build confidence and bring out your inner sultry side Requirement for Class: You must bring knee pads and/or leg warmers, heels and sexy attire are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, but not mandatory, but heels are optional. Sexy attire always welcome.
